Record 90 days of content in a single batch
Weekly recording taxes you four ways: travel, setup, warm-up, and context switching. Batching pays those costs once. In our studio, the clients who keep the steadiest content-creation rhythm record on a quarterly schedule: one Creator Day with both studios, then twelve weeks of scheduled posts while they run their actual business.
The math also favors the batch. Four separate 1-hour sessions at $450 cost $1,800 and give you four episodes. A full day from $1,200 gives you the same four episodes plus an afternoon on the teleprompter set. The day rate buys you the second content stream almost for free.
Prep: the week before
The day succeeds or stalls on prep. Here is the checklist we send every Creator Day client:
- 4 episode outlines. One page each: guest, 3 core questions, the story you want on tape. Outlines keep episodes to 45 minutes.
- 12 lesson scripts or bullet lists. Send them 48 hours ahead so your engineer preloads the teleprompter and builds the run sheet.
- Guests confirmed with arrival times. Stagger them 75 minutes apart. Our guest prep guide covers the email to send each one.
- 3 outfit changes. Solid mid-tone colors. A fresh top per block makes one day read as three separate shoots on the feed.
- A drive with 1TB free. Raw 4K from a full day is heavy. We copy everything before you leave.
