A Creator Day books the whole studio from $1,200: both recording sets, the broadcast room, and a dedicated engineer from morning to wrap. Teams use it to record a quarter of podcast episodes on the interview set before lunch, switch to course lessons and scripted videos at the teleprompter after, and leave the same day with raw 4K and separated audio for everything.

Hourly sessions run $450 with a 1-hour minimum, so three separate bookings already cost $1,350 plus three trips across town. A Creator Day starts at $1,200, holds both sets all day, and keeps you warmed up: by the third episode you talk better, read the prompter faster, and waste zero minutes on re-settling. Arrive and settle in
Both sets are pre-lit. Your engineer runs sound checks, loads your scripts into the teleprompter, and walks you through the day plan while you set up your notes.
Morning block: the podcast set
Back-to-back episodes on the Podcast & Interview set. Guests arrive in scheduled slots, three cameras stay live-switched, and each voice lands on its own audio track. Most teams finish 4 to 6 episodes before lunch.
Break and reset
You grab lunch in North Beach. Your engineer resets for the afternoon: prompter scripts queued, slides loaded on the big display, backdrop or logo swapped to your brand.
Afternoon block: the teleprompter set
Course lessons and scripted videos on the Course & Teleprompter set. Change outfits between blocks so one day of footage reads as weeks of publishing.
Same-day handoff
Your engineer transfers raw 4K and separated audio for every episode and lesson to your drive. Want finished cuts too? Editing starts the same day at the iMac 2026 edit bay.
After the shoot
One day of tape, a quarter of publishing.
A single 60-minute episode holds around 30 publishable clips once you cut it for social; our system for that lives in turn one session into 30 clips. Add podcast editing at $595 per episode and each morning recording comes back finished, with a 1-minute intro and three social clips included. Every rate is on the studio pricing page.
