On-location recording at your office.
On-location recording puts a producer, full crew, cameras, and lighting in your space, from $500 per hour.
On-location recording is our Full Production service, from $500 per hour. A producer and full crew handle pre-production, then design the set, lighting, and cameras around your office or venue on shoot day. Every deliverable is edited and delivered by the same team, so one vendor plans it, shoots it, and finishes it.
How Full Production runs
Your space becomes the set.
Pre-production
We plan the shoot with you: goals, script or run of show, and the space itself. A site visit or photos tell us where cameras, lights, and power go.
Shoot day
The crew arrives, builds the set, and runs the day. A producer keeps the schedule while the crew frames shots, rides audio, and operates the teleprompter for scripted segments.
Edit and delivery
All deliverables are edited and delivered by the team that shot them. Interviews, brand films, event coverage: the finish work happens at our edit bay.
The crew, on your location
One team, both places
The crew from 50 Francisco St, at your address.
The same team that runs every session at our North Beach studio runs your offsite shoot with full video production gear: broadcast cameras, a separated audio track per mic, and lighting designed for your room. The gear list behind our sessions is on the equipment and tech specs page.
Studio or your office
Which setup fits the job.
| Studio Session, in studio | Full Production, on location | |
|---|---|---|
| Rate | $450/hr, 1-hour minimum | From $500/hr |
| The set | Pre-lit podcast or teleprompter set, ready on arrival | Custom set, lighting, and camera design built in your space |
| Crew | Dedicated engineer on cameras, audio, lighting | Producer and full crew, plus a teleprompter operator for scripted work |
| Planning | Book online and show up | Pre-production: script, run of show, site planning |
| Finishing | Same-day raw files; editing packages optional | All deliverables edited and delivered |
| Best for | Podcasts, interviews, courses on a schedule | Offices, venues, events, and stories your space tells best |
The hourly studio route stays the fastest and most affordable way to record: pre-lit sets, an engineer included, and same-day files, all listed on the studio pricing page. Full Production earns its rate when the location carries meaning: your lab, your trading floor, your stage. For live events, the crew can also switch cameras and stream on site, the same capability behind our livestream studio.

How much does on-location recording cost?+
Full Production starts at $500 per hour. That includes a producer and full crew, pre-production, custom set, lighting, and camera design, and all deliverables edited and delivered.
What locations work for an on-location shoot?+
Offices, conference rooms, event venues, and stages. We scout the space during pre-production, plan power and light, and design the set around what the room offers.
What does the crew bring?+
Broadcast cameras, lighting, and audio with a separated track per mic, plus a teleprompter operator for scripted segments. The same team that runs sessions at 50 Francisco St handles your shoot.
When does in-studio make more sense than on-location?+
When speed and price matter most. Studio Sessions run $450 per hour on pre-lit sets with an engineer included, so a one-hour booking gets you recording immediately. On-location wins when the place itself tells the story.
How do I book an on-location shoot?+
Reach out through the booking page or call (510) 244-8537. We start with pre-production: goals, script or run of show, and a site visit or photos of the space, then lock the shoot date.
