Our podcast studio near the Embarcadero is a 5 minute walk from the waterfront at 50 Francisco St, 3rd Floor, in Waterfront Plaza. The F streetcar's Greenwich St stop is 4 minutes from our door, the Ferry Building is 15 minutes along the promenade, and Embarcadero Station is a 15 minute walk or a short F ride. Sessions run $450 per hour with a dedicated engineer and same-day files.
Every route on this side of the city eventually meets The Embarcadero, which makes it the simplest landmark for finding us. Follow the water north past the piers, turn in at Francisco St, and Waterfront Plaza is two blocks up. Levi's Plaza sits around the corner. Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf are 15 minutes further along the promenade, which makes for a good decompression walk after a session.
The F Market and Wharves streetcar runs the whole artery. Ride it from anywhere on Market St or the waterfront and step off at Greenwich St, 4 minutes from our door. BART and Muni Metro riders surface at Embarcadero Station and either walk the 15 minutes up the water or transfer to the F. Catch a boat to the Ferry Building
Oakland and Alameda ferries take about 25 minutes, Sausalito about 30. Vallejo, Larkspur, and Tiburon boats land at the Ferry Building too.
Walk 15 minutes up the promenade
Head north along The Embarcadero with the bay on your right. Turn in at Francisco St and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Prefer to skip the walk? The F streetcar covers the same stretch.
Record, then catch the return boat
