Interview and panel recording, up to three on camera.

Interview and panel recording with a mic per person, a camera arc around the table, and an engineer switching it all live. Your only job is the conversation.

Our interview and panel recording set seats a host plus two guests on camera for $450 per hour, engineer included. Every speaker gets a mic: up to two Shure broadcast mics plus the host mic, each captured on its own separated track. Three cameras arc the round table and your engineer live-switches the conversation in 4K. Files go onto your drive the same day at 50 Francisco St in North Beach.

Seats, mics, tracks

Every voice on its own track.

Panels live or die on audio. When three people share one microphone, crosstalk buries the best exchanges and the edit becomes guesswork. In our studio each speaker sits behind their own Shure broadcast mic, and the mixer records a separated track per mic. Your editor can lift one voice, duck another, and clean a single cough without touching the rest of the conversation.

The cameras work the same way. Cameras 1 to 3 hold a wide shot of the table and a close-up on each side, and your engineer switches between them live from the broadcast room. Reaction shots land as they happen. The result plays like a broadcast panel discussion rather than a fixed-frame meeting recording. The full set is on the Podcast & Interview Studio page, and a line-by-line list of what is included in every session is one click away.

Hybrid panels

A seat for guests who are elsewhere.

Broadcast room where remote panel guests are dialed into the interview recording

Room 03

Remote guests, dialed into the room.

Your fourth voice can join from anywhere. The engineer dials remote guests into the broadcast room, manages the call, and folds them into the live-switched feed while the in-room panel keeps its rhythm.

  • Remote guests join the broadcast room feed
  • Engineer manages the call end to end
  • In-room speakers keep their own mics and tracks
  • Stream the panel live to YouTube, LinkedIn, or your platform

Hybrid episodes have their own page: remote guest podcast recording covers how the dial-in works and how the audio is handled. For panels bigger than three on camera, or a format with a moderator plus a row of speakers, ask about Full Production from $500 per hour: producer, crew, and a custom set and camera design. The whole rate card sits on our studio pricing page.

How many people can record at once?+

The interview set seats a host plus up to two guests on camera, with up to two broadcast mics plus the host mic. For larger panels, ask about Full Production from $500 per hour.

Does each speaker get their own audio track?+

Yes. The mixer records a separated track per mic, so your editor can adjust each voice on its own during post.
